The government of Kerala has updated its rules for applying to the Public Service Commission examination 2014. The candidates must be fluent in Malayalam, English and Hindi. The applications will be accepted from the 1st August 2014 and passport size photos must be attached to the application form. The photos must not be too old and has to be captured recently.

Instructions for uploading your photo
- The photo must be real photo of the candidate.
- The photo must display the face of the applicant clearly. \So please take care of your hair and things which may hide your face.
- The dimensions of the picture must be 200px in height and 150px in breath. The format of the photo must be in .jpg or .jpeg and must be below 30kb.
- The background and the body of the person must be clearly differentiated.
- The photo has to be capture on or after the date 01.07.2013.
- The person's name, initial and the date of photo taken must be indicated below the photo.
- Photos with eye glass, cap or any other object which hides the face will be rejected without any notice.

You must make sure that you had followed the above procedures, since the Kerala government had rejected many applications in the past. Please upload your good looking photo for having a positive effect on your application.
